The Department of Education processes discrimination complaints that involve a U.S. Department of Education employee.
The OIG handles complaints when the allegation involves serious misconduct ⓘ, fraud ⓘ, criminal conflict of interest ⓘ, or a significant violation of the Standards of Ethical Conduct ⓘ. If your concern or complaint involves this, learn how to file a report and submit a report to the OIG.
